I highly recommend Delta Safety Tech and their safety admin on-line platform. Developed locally and Mission Group has been using the system for just over 2 years and it has helped us pass our COR audits the past 2 years...

3. Paperless program that lasts forever no more lost inspections or tool box meetings and is back up in serval different locations on the back end of the program.
4. Accessed from anywhere with internet connection.
5. Smart phone app’s for inspections and the ability to add pictures into the inspection. Every employee that has the app has access to the entire company OH&S program, safe work practices, procedures, WHMIS sheets. 6.
7. Different levels of access, admin, supervisors, employee etc.

The only very slight down fall is that the program is labor intensive in the front end, but once that is done and built all it is maintenance, if you’re a safety geek like me and likes to work smarter not necessary harder this program is a no-brainer and the best thing since sliced bread to manage a safety program of any size.

With the ability to upload almost all... our paperwork, we have gone from a paper system of 60+ binders to 2-3 binders, making it very easy to locate documentation. We have gone through an audit using the system and it makes it a breeze for the auditor to review your documentation from a central location, or even his/her own office!
